I made one of these...

OK, OK so I'm no Martha Stewart, but this was my first attempt at making flowers out of felt. And I just used my own creative mind to figure it out.
This was my inspiration.

I wasn't into the bird so much. Birds freak me out indoors, and sometimes outdoors....

GTU

Translation- "Good Things Utah". So I watch this show everyday at 10 a.m. and I love it! The ladies on the show are so cute and funny, and I've learned a few cute crafty things, and some great recipes off this show. It has everything I love- crafts, recipes, fashion...etc. So I got this idea to invite some friends to go be in the audience of the show. It was so fun! The camers scans over the audience a couple times during the show, so we were really stoked to be on T.V. ....too bad that didn't happen for all of us! Just Traci and Brittany got captured. :( My day of fame will come one day! I also really liked watching the stage crew work their magic, and the hosts do their job. I was told by my 9th grade English teacher, that by the way I wrote my papers, I should be a journalist. That's another option I could go to school for! Anyways, right after the show the hosts invited us up to get pictures and right as we were walking up to them they complimented me on my necklace scarf and I was so nervous because they are kind of like celebrities and I can't even remember what I said to them. It was a good time.

4 Months!

Today Dylan is 4 months old. I can't believe how fast time has gone by! He sleeps 8-9 hours a night, and is so alert during the day, I am always trying to find things to keep him occupied so I can get things done. I still don't get a shower until about 12 or 1 p.m. But my little man is more important than I. He had his 4 month appointment yesterday and is in the 56th percentile in height and weight, but the 86th percentile in head circumfrence. I would say that's because he loves his books, but it could also be due to large headed genes that run on the Purser side of the family. He's the happiest baby and so entertaining. It's fun to see him progress and learn new things all the time!

We told you he was going to be an Olympic Swimmer!

Riverdale

So tonight our little family went to Riverdale to swim like the family of fish we are. The water was nice and warm, which is nice since Dylan isn't a fan of cold water yet. But he was so cute, we had him on his tummy and he lifted his head up and paddled his little arms as we swam him around the pool. He is our future Olympic Swimmer. Well I guess we'll have to wait to see what his passion is first, but we're thinking of starting him out in the swimming direction...and basketball of course honey! Here's some pics of the evening.

Is it just me or does my little man have sculpted arms?? Little muscle man.

Bear Lake Cabin

We went to our 2nd annual Purser Family Cabin trip this last weekend. Right as we got there we saw a mama deer and her two babies right in the backyard!

Not only were there deer in the backyard but in the cabin too. Dylan liked this furry friend.

We played games the first night and had a fondue (spelling??) dinner!

The next day we went to Bear Lake and most of us stayed under the shade, it was a bit windy the entire time we were there! But it was fun! On our way back to the cabin we saw a mama moose and baby moose in the neighbors yard! How cool is that! Lots of mamas and babies! Here's a few other random pictures from the weekend!

Giggles

Don't mind the crazy/didn't get ready for the day mommy near the end of the video making faces and doing the shimmy shake! That'a actually what Dylan was laughing at...a shimmying mommy and a raspy growl. :) (Pause the music at the bottom of my blog)

Here's a few pics I took of my little monkey today!

...and one second later....

And do you remember these ladies??

And now with our babies, minus one of us... :( we missed you Kori! These are my cousins BrookeAnn with Evan and Marti Jo with Evany. (I hope I spelled that right)
