5 Months!

I can't believe how fast time really does fly by! Dylan is now scootching, talking (jabbering), rolling, eating rice cereal, and giggling more and more!!! What a little sweetie. Today I was able to see my cousin Kori and her little girl and little boy! Her little guy is about 3 months old I believe and he is as big, and even some parts of his body, bigger than Dylan! What a cutie! I'm so glad Dylan was brought into my life. He makes me very happy, and makes me want to do more!

Ramblings of a CTR 6 Primary Class...

Lesson: God has given us Talents

Sis. Elwood- "Who would like to share some talents that they have?"
Paydon- "I can cross my eyes! see?" (he crosses his eyes).
Sis. Elwood- "Wow! you are very good at that Paydon! Do you have any other talents?"
Paydon- "Uh, no."
Bro. Elwood- "Has anyone heard of the parable of the talents?"
Dylan- (raises his hand) "Um one time I was skate boarding and my dad came out and he can do it too and is really good and when I did it I leaned one way and I was like whoa man and almost fell and then my sister came and my sister I almost ran into and she....blah blah blah....."
Bro. Elwood-"Oh OK, but we are talking about the parable of the talents Dylan."
Dylan-"You should ask little Dylan and see what he says, hee hee."
Karlie-"Are we gonna play the Holy Ghost game?"

Oh what a crazy day Sunday is, and that was only 30 seconds of the 2 hours we are with these kids!!

Back to school, back to school.....

I've been thinking about going to college for a loooooong time now. I think the time has come. It will be good too because we are so poor and have a child, so pell grants are easy to get. I might as well go now when I can go for free! I'm not 100% sure what I want to go into yet, but I figure I can get my generals done at least. And maybe one of those classes will catch my interest!? And I already have 2 college classes covered from when I was in high school. English 1010, and Speech 2600. I also took Math 1050, but my teacher wasn't too great to work with and I got a bad grade. :( Here are some of the degrees I'm interested in...
X-Ray Technician (Only Weber State offers that though.)
-Business
-Psychology
-Interior Design
-Accounting
-FHD
-Journalism
-Communications
-Do you see why I have such a hard time deciding!!
Wish me luck!!
Our lives are rather boring these days. So here is a picture of Dylan-

He has been rolling around alot and prefers his tummy, so overnight sleeping with him rolling onto his tummy freaks me out a bit will the whole SIDS thing. But it's cute when he sticks his bum into the air and shoves a foot and sometimes a whole leg out of his crib. :)

I made one of these...

OK, OK so I'm no Martha Stewart, but this was my first attempt at making flowers out of felt. And I just used my own creative mind to figure it out.
This was my inspiration.

I wasn't into the bird so much. Birds freak me out indoors, and sometimes outdoors....

GTU

Translation- "Good Things Utah". So I watch this show everyday at 10 a.m. and I love it! The ladies on the show are so cute and funny, and I've learned a few cute crafty things, and some great recipes off this show. It has everything I love- crafts, recipes, fashion...etc. So I got this idea to invite some friends to go be in the audience of the show. It was so fun! The camers scans over the audience a couple times during the show, so we were really stoked to be on T.V. ....too bad that didn't happen for all of us! Just Traci and Brittany got captured. :( My day of fame will come one day! I also really liked watching the stage crew work their magic, and the hosts do their job. I was told by my 9th grade English teacher, that by the way I wrote my papers, I should be a journalist. That's another option I could go to school for! Anyways, right after the show the hosts invited us up to get pictures and right as we were walking up to them they complimented me on my necklace scarf and I was so nervous because they are kind of like celebrities and I can't even remember what I said to them. It was a good time.
